Car Rental Rates Include:
- Monthly Rental Rate – 2500 km per month.
- Collision Damage Waiver (excess applicable).
- Theft Waiver (excess applicable).
- Value Added Tax at 15%.
Car Rental Rates Exclude:
- Delivery and collection fee, R250 within 25km, R300 within 50km & R400 after hours, R450 after hours within 50km.
- Toll fees or other similar fees incurred by user plus admin fee of R35 if tolls used.
- All excesses.
- Additional Driver – R225.00 per additional driver.
- Personal insurance of any nature.
- Traffic fine handling fee R250.
- Claim handling fee – R500 per incident.
- Contract fee – R60 (per rental agreement).
- Changeover fee if vehicle is found to be in good condition R250.
- Changeover free of charge if mechanical issues with vehicle.
- Fuel (vehicle gets rented out with full tank and needs to be returned with full tank).
Note:
We reserve the right to replace vehicle models with similar specifications that our Insurance does not cover – Gravel Roads/Glass/Tyres/Rims/Negligence.
Acceptance of waivers limits the renter’s liability to the compulsory excesses as above.
Should the waiver be declined, the hirer is responsible for the full value of the vehicle.
